Hi my name is Maryann Lombardo. A few years back I lost my husband and Maria‘s sister Laurie stood by me with emotional support and organized a GoFundMe to help with my Husband’s burial expenses. Today I want to honor and respect her the same way and do the same for her. I put her as the organizer so all funds will go directly to her to help cover the expenses.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Maria Kirschner (Franchi, Miranda), a beloved Mother, Grandmother, Daughter, Sister, Aunt, Cousin & Friend and a bright light to all who knew her. After 4 1/2 years bravely battling breast cancer, Maria passed peacefully, surrounded by Love. Through it all, she remained a source of strength—always upbeat, positive, and full of grace, even in the most difficult moments.

Maria fought hard, not just for herself but for those around her. She never wanted to burden anyone and always put others first.

Unfortunately, due to her long fight with cancer, Maria was unable to work and did not have life insurance. Her family is now facing the heartbreaking task of laying her to rest without the financial resources to do so.

Now, in her honor, we’re asking for help to ease the financial burden on her family as they plan her funeral and burial. Any contribution—no matter how small—will go directly toward funeral expenses and supporting the family during this incredibly difficult time.

Maria expressed that she did not want a viewing, and we are honoring her wishes. However, she did request a Mass to be held in her memory.
